Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Fishersville, Virginia . Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services to help patients improve independence in daily living activities
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
  • Support discharge planning and patient education

    • Requirements

  • Active Virginia COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
