ONWARD Headhunting is partnering with a client in Texas in its search for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations.
This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic executive who has proven experience in guiding finance teams within mid-sized enterprises.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in orchestrating a roll-up strategy while managing substantial revenue streams and transforming our client's financial systems.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the financial strategies of a company positioned between $50 million and $100 million in revenue, enhancing profitability and efficiency across all financial facets.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the management of credit facilities to optimize financial resources and liquidity.
- Drive the ERP migration process to NetSuite, ensuring a seamless transition that aligns with business needs.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions, and / or mergers and pension funds and investments).
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board members and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive management team to enhance financial performance and business opportunities across the organization.
- Implement robust financial controls and processes to enhance the integrity of all financial information.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a CFO, Vice President of Finance, or in a similar executive role, ideally within a company driven by a financial sponsor.
- Demonstrated success in managing companies with revenues of $50 million to $250 million.
- Strong expertise in handling complex credit facilities and significant experience in financial restructuring.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly transitioning to or managing NetSuite.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
