If so, the Loyalty Automation IT Manager role at BWH Hotel Group could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a bright, motivated IT Manager to be part of a lean team that builds, supports, and maintains Best Westerns Loyalty Products.
The incumbent will provide day to day management, contribute to business projects, cloud strategy and design, capacity management, and support activities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Singularly accountable for product vision and its viability from a technology perspective
- Accountable for key business performance objectives and measurements
- Synthesizes input (strategy / objectives) from business stakeholders into product backlog.
- Ensure backlog items are clearly and completely documented.
- Ordering the items in the backlog to best achieve business objects.
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all.
- Lead cross functional meetings between various business partners and technical teams.
- Willing to help the team in any way necessary to meet its objectives.
Skills / Requirements
- Minimum 6 years related experience, including supervisory, project management or team management for software development or implementation projects.
- People management experience is strongly preferred.
- A high-energy, expert communicator with both technical and non-technical team members, brimming with positive, proactive energy and dynamic leadership skills with ability to cultivate leadership and high performance in the teams.
- A data-driven decision maker who blends sound business judgment with strong analytical thinking.
- Hungry for knowledge and understanding of both technical and business details.
- Ability to manage scope change and keen eye for expanding opportunities with existing customers.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
- Knowledge and experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Hospitality industry knowledge a plus.

Pay / Work Location / Other
The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $99,500 and $120,000. Base pay, however, will be determined based on several factors, which include but are not limited to, applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs and market demands.
This position is not bonus eligible
- This is a remote position within the U.S., work from home office.
- This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
