Job Description : As a Baking Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, Pan Kobo. You will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role will involve managing a team of up to 20+ employees, monitoring production output, and implementing best practices to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise production personnel and provide training in the operation.
• Monitor production output against standards for units produced, product quality, labor cost, employee safety, and raw material yields.
• Resolve production-related problems and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Implement best practices to improve production methods and drive company growth.
• Ensure batch tracking and lot numbers are consistently documented, maintaining full product traceability.
• Conduct daily check-ins with team members on efficiency metrics and customer orders.
• Monitor and approve time sheets.
• Hold daily huddle talks with the team at each start of shift.
• Communicate well with the Pan Kobo Production Team.
