¿ 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in management role, ideally within order management or e-commerce systems.
¿ Experience with OMS platforms, especially Sterling OMS and understanding of order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows.
¿ Strong knowledge of system architecture, microservices and cloud platforms, especially Azure.
¿ Develop and implement the technical roadmap for the OMS platform, aligning with business goals and customer requirements.
¿ Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the OMS system to handle large volumes of transactions and data.
¿ Drive technical decision-making on system architecture, integrations, and feature development that enhance order processing and fulfillment efficiency.
¿ Lead architectural and solution discussions with client. Present solution options to the client and negotiate.
¿ Maintain deep technical knowledge of the OMS platform to provide guidance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
¿ Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for OMS-related projects, from planning and design through to implementation and maintenance.
¿ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, inventory, and logistics) to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
