Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and mentor a team of backend and full-stack engineers building core monetization systems

Define and execute the technical strategy for a unified monetization platform that integrates with Finance and GTM Ops

Platformize entitlements, purchasing, and billing through scalable APIs and reusable UX components

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing technical teams of six or more engineers

Proven success in leading teams that build and scale backend or platform systems in transaction-heavy domains

Experience guiding product and long-term technical strategy

Experience hiring, managing, and upleveling senior individual contributors

Strong decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality
