ServiceNow Engineer

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in the specification, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow

Develop and modify ServiceNow catalog, workflows, forms, and business rules

Implement advanced CMDB features and develop technical solutions to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

HS Diploma and 4 years of related experience; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration

Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, ITOM, and Discovery

ITIL foundations certification; CSA and CAD ServiceNow certifications required

Strong technical knowledge in ServiceNow development and integration solutions
