We are looking for a hands-on, technically oriented Senior Consultant to join our team and help deliver data-driven insights and solutions to Industrials & Energy clients. You will guide clients through the evolving world of analytics, data governance, and modern data platforms, with a strong focus on Palantir Technologies. You will be technically engaged, building solutions using Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver, and other Foundry tools, while also managing and mentoring teams of strategists and engineers. You will advise clients on data strategies, governance, and modern data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This is a high-growth, high-visibility role with significant opportunities to shape data strategies across industrial and energy client operations. In this role, you will design and build analytics solutions that deliver significant business value. You will collaborate with other data and analytics professionals, management, and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Designing, building, and operating scalable data architecture and modeling solutions.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Your key responsibilities as a Data Engineering Senior will include :

  • Build, deploy, and maintain solutions in Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder workflows, Workshop applications, AIP Agent Studio automations, Contour integrations, and Quiver data visualizations.
  • Translate business initiatives into prioritized use cases with measurable ROI and manage delivery across multiple domains.
  • Define and execute the Data & AI strategy for Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or Utilities clients, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and champion data literacy programs, training, and change management initiatives to embed a data-driven culture across client organizations.
  • Communicate analytical findings through compelling data storytelling, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to business and technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders across operations, IT, engineering, and executive leadership.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industrial domain trends, and advances in Palantir Foundry & AI platforms.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, ensuring effective engagement economics.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and data stewards to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective data architectures in collaboration with enterprise architects and IT to support business intelligence and advanced analytics needs.
  • Oversee cloud-based data management platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Hadoop for ingestion, storage, and processing.
  • Drive the design and implementation of analytical models, data pipelines, and visualizations to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.
  • Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
  • Engaging with clients on a daily basis, actively participating in working sessions, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will face challenges that require innovative solutions. You will learn and grow as you guide others and interpret internal and external issues to recommend quality solutions. Travel may be required regularly based on client needs.
