A company is looking for a Senior Designated Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated customer connectivity issues
Manage and monitor tickets through a web-based ticketing system and communicate progress to users
Coordinate with internal departments to provide collaborative solutions for customer incidents
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical capacity
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Understanding of network topology and telecommunications architecture
Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment
