We are looking for a Buyer to join our Exlar team!

As our Buyer you will be responsible for purchasing a variety of complex or technical supplies or services. You will coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning, and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner. In addition, you will, process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers. You will monitor the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value. You may recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing. You'll interact closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues, work with management to address all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability. This role is fully on-site at Chanhassen, MN facility.

Location : Chanhassen, MN

Salary : $70,000 to $80,000
