As an engineering manager in Marketing Technology, you will lead a team focused on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions that support Starbucks' modern marketing initiatives. You'll bring clarity to complex challenges, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and drive meaningful business and customer outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement engineering solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve technical challenges and guide teams through the application of sound engineering principles.
• Analyze business initiatives using data-driven logic to assess operational and financial impact.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with business and technology partners.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support development teams by removing blockers and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure application and infrastructure solutions are secure, stable, and compliant with company standards.
• Champion secure development practices and adherence to industry standards.
