Director of Engineering

Near Sandusky Ohio, small but VERY profitable non automotive manufacturing company in need of a Director of Engineering. OPEN due to a pending retirement, position reports to a VP of Engineering / Operations. Position supports three small manufacturing sites, little to no travel. The VP is NOT a micro manager so a lot of autonomy and freedom to be creative.
