Bank Call Center Representative - Weekly Pay - 7AM-7PM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, or financial services preferred).
• Prior experience in a call center environment is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating the internet.

Pay

• $20 / hr, paid weekly

Schedule

• Training Hours :  Monday – Friday, 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM
• Call Center Shifts :  7 : 00 AM – 7PM.  Weekend availability is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
