Call Center Representative - 6AM-2 : 30PM - Weekly Pay

Job Opportunity In Honolulu

This position is fully in-person in Honolulu. Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees. Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research. Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues. Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed. Monitor video feeds. Document events accurately for records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Call center experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Dependable : Reliable and trustworthy.
• People-oriented : Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
• Adaptable / Flexible : Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
