Job description

DealerFLEX is looking for a service-oriented Bilingual Dealership Valet Supervisor to join our team at one of the top automotive dealerships in Fort Lauderdale, FL. If you have previous supervisory experience in the automotive industry and are eager to grow, we want to hear from you!

Job Description

As a Dealership Valet Supervisor, you will train under experienced leadership to develop the skills necessary to manage a dealership service drive valet team. This role requires hands-on management of daily service drive operations, direct oversight of employees, and a strong willingness to learn.

Hands-On Training & Responsibilities

  • Employee management
  • Scheduling and oversight of daily team tasks
  • Maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client
  • Supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Driver’s License – Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges
  • Excellent Communication – Professional interaction with employees and dealership clients
  • Bilingual – Can communicate effectivelyl in both English and Spanish
