Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and provide timely updates on requests

Document work, update support tickets, and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience with US Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Target, etc.)
Experience with Excel, HTML, or SQL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work 8 am - 5 pm CST or PST
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
