The Facility Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational continuity of production machinery and the physical plant within our manufacturing facility. This position focuses heavily on diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose inoperable production equipment to identify and correct mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical deficiencies.

Perform critical repairs to minimize equipment downtime.

Rebuild, refurbish, and modernize older or legacy machinery to extend operational life.

Prepare accurate parts lists for ordering and maintaining inventory for equipment repairs.

Strictly comply with all safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Execute general facility maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, and facility upkeep (e.G., cleaning and painting).

Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power mechanical tools.

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
