Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support multifamily property owners in implementing revenue management software.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the onboarding process for new properties, including setup and integration of revenue management software

Analyze demand and market trends to develop pricing strategies that optimize rents and renewals

Track KPIs and prepare actionable insights for leadership and clients

Required Qualifications :

Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into pricing recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets

Experience with multifamily property management and knowledge of real estate fundamentals

Familiarity with revenue management systems (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
