Key Responsibilities

Lead registration and designation as a Rural Referral Center

Build infrastructure and operational processes for 340B program activation

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with 340B program requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

PharmD, MBA, or MHA strongly preferred

7+ years in health system pharmacy leadership

3+ years of direct 340B program oversight

Experience in rural, safety-net, or multi-site settings preferred

Proficiency in split billing systems and contract pharmacy management
