About the Role

Join a leading solar tracking manufacturer and installation firm as a Solar Construction Manager, where you'll serve as a subject matter expert overseeing large-scale ground mount solar installations across the country. This is a high-impact role for professionals with hands-on experience in utility-scale solar construction and a passion for delivering quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and high-quality installations of solar tracking systems.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, electricians, and labor crews to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain safety compliance.
• Interpret civil, structural, and electrical schematics to support installation workflows.
• Conduct and document safety meetings in alignment with OSHA standards.
• Support project planning including material takeoffs, sequencing, and subcontractor scope reviews.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical components to field teams.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
