Job descriptionDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Resource Management Allocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met Client and Stakeholder Communication Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions Execution and Monitoring Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Risk Management Respond promptly to issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables Compliance and Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and client expectations Documentation and Reporting Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders Budget and Cost Control Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality Team Leadership and Collaboration Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment Closeout and Handover Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to risk management Budget management and cost control expertise Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA) Experience in data center construction or live environment projects. PMP (Project Management Professional), CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager) or equivalent certification Relevant technical or manufacturer certifications related to security systems (e.g., Lenel / S2, Software House, Axis Certified Professional) Familiarity with security systems, access control, CCTV, or intercom systems Basic understanding of data center operations or construction environments

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Initiation
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors / vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they remain on track
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders
Manage project budgets and track expenses to avoid overruns
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
Ensure proper project closeout, including client sign-offs and final documentation
