Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand / walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when needed. Forklift certification is a plus (can be obtained on the job, depending on the company). Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS). Location : Atlanta, GA; Onsite; Work shift : 09 : 00 AM 05 : 30 PM. Heath / Dental / Vision Insurance (50% coverage for the employee and dependents) 401k PTO (2 weeks yearly) Sick Leaves (5 days yearly)

Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help with cycle counts as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily shipping / receiving goals.
