Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements prior to employment :

• Successfully pass a background check
• Possess a reliable smartphone capable of downloading and using a required mobile application for clock-in / clock-out, GPS verification, and report writing
• Have reliable transportation to and from assigned sites, including locations not accessible by public transit and shifts that may end late at night
• Maintain a professional appearance, including black pants (BDU-style or similar) and black closed-toe shoes
• Be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and professional Site Monitors to maintain an on-site presence through observation, documentation, and communication. This role is strictly observe and report and does not involve detention, apprehension, pursuit, or physical intervention.

Site Monitors are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, documenting activity accurately, and reporting concerns to appropriate parties while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.
