We are seeking a hands-on CRM Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of omni-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. This role requires deep expertise in platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with strong analytical and creative skills to drive performance and engagement.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Build, QA, and deploy email, SMS, and push campaigns with dynamic content, A / B testing, and strategic scheduling using Klaviyo and Tapcart.
• Develop and maintain automated journeys with universal content blocks and advanced segmentation logic.
• Import contact lists and define audience segments using "AND" / "OR" logic or AI-powered segmentation tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
