Position Overview :

US Conec is seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to join our 1st shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements on injection molding tools to support high-efficiency, high-quality production. You'll work closely with the Tooling Lead and production teams to ensure tooling reliability, organization, and readiness. Shift hours are 6 : 00am – 2 : 00pm.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance
• Identify tooling issues and report findings to the Tooling Lead
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement tooling solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation
• Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items
• Collaborate with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs
