Production Associate - Swedesboro, NJ.

The Production Associate performs activities as directed on the production line. The Production Associate is responsible for following all safety, GMP & SQF policies / procedures, as well as adherence to PPE / hygiene policies, in cooperation with the supervisor.

Starting Pay Rate : $ (Receive a Night Shift Differential of $1.50 per hour & Continual pay rate increases of $1 per hour after your first 30 days & $.

25 per hour every 90 days up to $2 per hour at the 2-year mark)

You will ...

• Follow guidelines for proper assembly & production of food kit boxes on the assembly line.
• Respectfully support & follow direction from all managers & supervisors about line performance.
• Ensure all actions better the business of HelloFresh & do not break any company policies.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and / or Supervisor.
• Maintains the work area & equipment in a clean & orderly condition & follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Occasionally required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons & cups, etc., as needed

You are...

• Communications : expresses ideas & thoughts clearly & with tact & diplomacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read & understand English
• Must be willing & able to work entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early / late arrivals.
• Must be able to count & have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division & fractions).
• Able to stand on your feet & work between 8-12 hours per shift.
• Able to work in a cold prep area located in a walk-in refrigerator kept at 35 degrees.
• Able to regularly lift & move up to 25 pounds, & occasionally lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

At a minimum, you have...

• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic mathematics
