Qualifications

• Associate degree Interior Design or design-based preferred.
• 1-year relevant work experience.
• Experience working with visual merchandising or interior design in a retail environment.
• Visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• A passion for home furnishing, retailing, design and how people live at home.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.
• Physical Demands : Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.

Job Type : Full-time, permanent, requires open availability Monday- Sunday. Location : 4643 East Cactus Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032. Benefits Eligible : Yes. Pay rate : $19.57-27.83.

Responsibilities

Our goal is to become accessible to more Americans by bringing IKEA closer to our customers physically and digitally. Our new Customer Meeting Points (CMPs) are compact locations offering a customer pickup hub, a furniture showroom with design services, and a home furnishing accessories market hall along with the opportunity to enjoy a Swedish bite.
