Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing to support 4050 K-12 school districts in the South-Central region. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel; candidates in IL, IN, MI, and WI are strongly preferred and must live near a major airport. In this role, you'll be the strategic marketing partner to operations teamsdriving student engagement, brand execution, and marketing excellence across your region. We're looking for a creative, collaborative leader with strong operational insight to deliver growth, satisfaction, and participation in K-12 schools.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute district-specific student engagement plans aligned with annual business objectives to drive participation and satisfaction.

Oversee national brand initiatives across all school levels, ensuring consistency, compliance, and tailoring programs to local communities.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing impact and return on investment.

Provide consultative support and training to field operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, district leaders, and community stakeholders.

Represent marketing in client meetings and business reviews, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and client retention.
