Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered primary care clinic in Minneapolis. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, collaboration, and a strong connection to the local community.

Position Overview
As a key member of the care team, you’ll conduct full-scope primary care evaluations and treatments across all age groups, manage chronic and acute conditions, prescribe medications and develop personalized care plans. This role allows you to build lasting relationships with patients and be at the forefront of preventative healthcare in a diverse metro population.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program

• Certified FNP (FNP-C or FNP-BC)

• Licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Experience in outpatient or family practice preferred
