Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual global compensation review cycle, managing all phases from planning to execution
Maintain and develop the global job architecture framework to ensure competitive pay practices
Design and coordinate short-term and long-term incentive plans while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Previous experience in compensation or HR analytics roles with project management ownership
Experience with job architecture and evaluation frameworks is highly preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management tools
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Swedish is a plus
