A multi-state law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join its practice group in their San Diego office. The ideal candidate will provide advice and counsel on labor matters and broader labor and employment issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a high-profile practice with a collaborative team and strong client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment law matters
• Manage client relationships and case strategy
• Draft and negotiate collective bargaining agreements and labor contracts
• Represent clients before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex labor and employment issues
