Assistant Property Manager - The Point at Reston
Location : 1925 Roland Clark Place, Reston, VA 20191
Base Salary : $25-$27 / hr.
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm
One-time sign-on bonus : $1000

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager on the day-to-day operations of the property while guiding onsite staff including an assistant property manager, leasing consultant, maintenance supervisor, maintenance technician and floating maintenance technician.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite leasing team to achieve leasing, marketing, and operational targets with a focus on occupancy and retention.
- Coordinate with management and maintenance teams to provide top-quality service to residents.
- Prepare resident correspondence related to rents and community compliance matters.
- Develop and maintain strong resident relationships through regular communication, outreach events, and effective problem-solving.
- Prepare regular financial reports and account statements.
- Monitor resident account status in collaboration with the Property Manager.
- Support the leasing process in partnership with the leasing team.
- Monitor and evaluate current market trends with a focus on competitor performance and promotions.

Valid driver's licenseAbility to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingStrong people skills and a desire to provide residents with an exceptional residential experience through service and quality managementHigh school or GED equivalentLeadership skills to foster a supportive and productive onsite team1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in property managementWorking knowledge of multi-family financial processesExperience with Microsoft Office and industry-related software platformsKnowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulationsA positive, can-do attitude to support the property's successSuccessful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employmentWhat We Offer
