Job description1+ year of outside sales experience (required) 4-year college degree (required) Already reside within the territory (no relocation considered) 2+ years corporate work experience ; were not considering brand-new grads Preferred : Recent pharma sales experience and / or active Psych or ENT relationships Strongly preferred : Experience selling antipsychotics / psychotropics (APS) or antidepressants ( SSRI / SNRI / NDRI ) B2B sales background : Base $50K$65K Pharma sales background : Base $65K$75K (up to $80K for the right candidate with current / recent Psych or ENT relationships) Benefits & incentives commensurate with experience and territory performance

About the role
Help us grow a high-potential territory and launch a new ENT product while driving adoption across Psychiatry and Primary Care. Youll build lasting prescriber relationships and own results across diverse call points.

What youll do
- Drive new Rx growth and market share across target specialties
- Launch and detail a new ENT product with crisp messaging & pull-through
- Cultivate and expand prescriber networksespecially in Psychiatry and ENT
- Plan efficient routes aligned to territory maps; maintain accurate CRM reporting
- Operate with high compliance and strong business acumen.
