Your compensation will include unlimited sales commissions against a draw with no ceiling on earnings. Expected earnings for this position are typically $40,000-$70,000 yearly.

Main Responsibilities :
- Inspect homes for pests and recommend appropriate service
- Prospect and obtain customers to achieve sales growth
- Recognize sales opportunities / implement sales strategies
- Build customer relationships through a professional demeanor and strong listening skills
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate customer needs
- Stay on top of products, service offerings and industry conditions to improve sales capacity
Basic qualifications :
- 2 or more years of successful field sales experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation and drive for results
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Confirmed relationship management and consulting skills
- Proven negotiation and presentation expertise
Requirements :
- Possess or be able to obtain state certification
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to work before 8AM, after 5PM, and / or on weekends
- U.S. citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license
- No more than three moving violations or citations for driving under the influence in the last three years
