Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Glendale, AZ! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Skilled Nursing LPN.

Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details :

• Employment Type : Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
• Location : Glendale, AZ
• Facility Type : Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift : Nights

Pay Details :

Hourly Pay Range : $32.50 - $37 per Hour

Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements :

• Must have 1 year of recent Skilled Nursing LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home / Skilled Nursing setting
• Active Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
