This current position is for our Piccadilly Grace South Pasadena location.
We are a warm, welcoming café dedicated to creating a great experience for our guests. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team.
Position Overview
As a member of our Front of House staff, you are the face of the café. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (in-person and POS system)
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with care
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring FOH areas are fully prepared for service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
