We are seeking an experienced and visionary Group Product Director to lead the strategy and execution for a complex, multi-faceted consumer product. This role will define the long-term product roadmap, balance business priorities with customer needs, and drive measurable growth across diverse user segments. You will lead a high-impact product team, shaping solutions that deliver value to both users and the business. Working cross-functionally, you will align engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of leading multi-line product portfolios.
Accountabilities :
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Hunt product, prioritizing opportunities that maximize customer value and long-term business impact.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, informed by data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team focused on strategic opportunities, growth, and delivering tiered value.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to ensure priorities are clearly defined and translated into scalable, customer-centric solutions.
- Partner with BI and Finance to model business impact, optimize pricing, packaging, and feature placement decisions.
- Shape and maintain product success metrics, connecting customer behavior with business outcomes to guide decision-making.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals, maintain accountability, and ensure integrated, high-quality product experiences.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive product management experience leading software products or platforms, including multi-line product portfolios in B2C environments.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degrees are a plus.Strong understanding of consumer-facing software ecosystems across mobile, web, and connected platforms.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes through influence in complex, matrixed environments.Experience defining and leveraging product success metrics, including user segmentation, cohort analysis, and growth levers.Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives while balancing strategic vision with execution.Strong communicator with the ability to align executives, teams, and technical partners around shared objectives.Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to inform product vision and operational efficiency.Willingness to travel monthly to corporate offices or strategic Basecamp locations.Benefits
