Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance (Controller) to manage financial health and strategy as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial management including AP / AR, bookkeeping, and monthly close

Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, providing insights and recommendations to leadership

Prepare and present financial reports and track key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A

Strong accounting foundation with experience in managing books and budgets

Proven ability to analyze data and model financial scenarios

Experience with financial systems and tools, such as QuickBooks and BI dashboards

Familiarity with remote team operations and international payments
