Job Description :
The Field Supervisor will support our Production Manager in overseeing various aspects of roofing and siding projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect roofing and siding jobs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage subcontractor crews, ensuring adherence to timelines and contract specifications.
- Deliver materials to job sites promptly and efficiently.
- Perform minor warranty repairs as required.
- Assist in scheduling and project coordination.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to maintain project transparency.
Qualifications :
- Experience in roofing, construction, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Salary Expectations :
The average salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position also offers potential for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
