Job descriptionProvide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or Physician Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms Record patient information in electronic health records (EHR) Assist with patient assessments and care plans Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions Graduate of an accredited LPN program Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania CPR / BLS certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Pay Rate : $25 - $30 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available :
- Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
- Evening Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
