Job description
A company is looking for a Capability Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational business requirements, ensuring optimal design
Align business strategy with product design and manage timelines for product implementations
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational partners to drive stakeholder discussions
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in healthcare, managed care, health insurance, or related data / business operations
Strong leadership in cross-functional environments
Experience influencing performance in direct and matrixed settings
Skilled in developing program artifacts such as use cases and project plans
