Position Overview :

  • We are seeking Contributors to join our expanding thought leadership network for our HR Blog and emerging projects.
  • This remote, flexible role is ideal for HR professionals, consultants, and thought leaders passionate about sharing insights, trends, and best practices that shape the future of work.
  • Contributors will develop high-quality, engaging articles aligned with our key HR categories to inform, inspire, and empower our readership.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and develop original content on HR-related topics, including but not limited to : Performance & Productivity Talent Acquisition & Retention Leadership & Workforce Development Employee Relations & Engagement HR Compliance & Risk Management Organizational Strategy & Transformation HR Technology & Future Trends Compensation & Rewards Produce well-structured, insightful, and SEO-optimized blog articles.
  • Contribute thought leadership that reflects current trends, best practices, and actionable HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Proactive HRM editorial team for topic alignment, revisions, and publication scheduling.
  • Ensure all submissions maintain professional tone, factual accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Background in Human Resource Management, Business Management & Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with demonstrated expertise in HR or business-related topics.
  • Ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, engaging, and practical content.
