POSITION SUMMARY :

The Job Coach provides quality support for individuals with disabilities at their community-based job. By helping to create and promote strong work systems, the goal is to help the participant become as independent as possible.

• While this position is linked to our Middletown, DE office, this position works at various work sites throughout New Castle County, DE.
• We have 1positionavailable. Part-time availabilities we are hiring for : between 9am and 7pm.Availability means you would work a shift somewhere between those hours- NOT the entire timeframe. The more availability you have, the more shifts you're eligible to cover!
