Job Description
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide informed counsel with a digital-first mindset. They assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, demonstrate and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on each customer's goals and needs.
Responsibilities include proactive outreach and follow-up to build relationships, identify solutions for new and existing clients, maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services (including digital products), provide a consistent optimal client experience, and help clients with basic transactions. They develop partnerships with branch team members to serve clients and open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. They proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services, and leverage available resources to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and is subject to a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any NMLS requirements may result in an offer rescission or termination of employment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location listed first. The actual range for the role may differ by location. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contributions, and pension where eligible.
Pay Range : $20.00 - $20.91
