Overall Purpose : Responsible for leading processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Leading full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, event management, candidate engagement, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and / or international roles.
• Offer Management : Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.
• Compliance and Reporting : Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.
• Other Duties as Assigned : Leading processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and / or event management.

Job Contribution : An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

Working Conditions : Full-time, office-based. Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Domestic travel will be required up to 15% to attend recruiting events and / or conferences during high volume period.

Our Lead Talent Acquisition - Early Careers earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
