Administrative Coordinator II (Part-Time)

Salary : $19.57 - $28.84 per hour commensurate with experience.
Job Description Summary : This is a part-time, remote position.
The Administrative Coordinator II will oversee the implementation of a multi-year grant-funded initiative designed to increase persistence and graduation rates for Pell-eligible students across the Texas A&M University System institutions. This role will coordinate the integration of Mainstay's Al-enabled coaching tools into advising and student success systems, manage grant milestones and compliance, and lead system-wide collaboration to ensure the project achieves its goals of improved student success outcomes. This project is funded through a Michael & Susan Dell Foundation grant and is contingent upon continued funding.

Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field. Three years of project management experience, preferably in higher education, grant implementation, and / or large-scale system initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Demonstrated ability to manage multi-institutional or multi-stakeholder projects. Experience with compliance, reporting, and budgeting. Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in project management tools and data reporting platforms. Will require travel outside of normal office hours. Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with others.
Preferred Qualifications : Master's in education, business, or related field. Experience in higher education, grant implementation, and / or large-scale system initiatives. Experience with data collection, review, analysis, and / or reporting. Experience working with student success technologies (e.g., chatbots, CRM, advising systems). Familiarity with Pell student success strategies and higher education persistence metrics.
