What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy LLM-powered systems for document understanding and workflow automation
• Own the full ML lifecycle : from data curation and fine-tuning to inference optimisation
• Collaborate directly with the founders to shape product, set technical direction, and establish the foundation for the AI team
