A company is looking for an Associate Instructional Designer responsible for creating scalable training content.
Key Responsibilities
Build eLearning modules and micro-learnings using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and 7Taps
Develop instructor-led and virtual training materials using PowerPoint and Canva
Convert existing content into learner-friendly formats and maintain enterprise-wide training content
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Content Development, Education, Learning & Development, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in developing learning or training materials in a corporate environment
Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and PowerPoint
Ability to apply feedback and follow standards consistently
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles is preferred
