Looking for self motivated instrument fitters that can read and understand P&ID’S, work as a team and help others grow. The job is for onshore and offshore service work and in some cases in our facility. You must be able to pass at tubing test and drug test.
Job Functions :
- Performs assembly and tubing layout of pressure test systems
- Controls plumbing
- Performs tubing bending
- Cone and threads tubing on high pressure systems
- Services customers on site to perform maintenance and repair equipment
- Interacts with customers to determine service issues
- Provides technical support as necessary
- Works closely with project manager
- Keeps detailed records of service work
- Attends various certification classes and schools as required
Certification Requirements / Experience :
Tubing Technician training required5+ years experience in I & E / Tubing workAbility to bend and cone & thread tubingAbility to use fittings on tubingClear driving recordKnowledge of panels and test systemsMechanically inclinedBasic math and science skillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilityCustomer serviceMeeting deadlines and schedule restraintsDealing with frequent interruptions and changing prioritiesDeveloping effective working relationships with peers so as to work as a teamCompany Description
