About the Role

We're looking for a kick-ass, growth-oriented Senior Accountant to join our core operations team. You'll be the go-to person for monthly close execution , client reporting , and banking operations across a complex and rapidly growing portfolio. You'll work hand-in-hand with our offshore accounting team (MAS), our U.S.-based property managers, and our investor clients.

This isn't a back-office role-it's a chance to lead from the center , roll up your sleeves, and help us build an accounting function that's fast, accurate, transparent, and built to scale. You'll ensure our reporting meets the highest fiduciary standards while staying tightly aligned with the realities of property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close & Review

• Own the close calendar across 50+ entities-track deliverables, follow up, unblock issues
• Review financials prepared by MAS (offshore team), including GL, AP / AR, and bank recs
• Identify and correct inconsistencies before reports go out to clients
